Universal Core Solutions delivers services digitally. Typical deliverables include design files, source code, documentation, reports, and access credentials. Delivery timelines are defined in the statement of work (SOW) and begin after the initial payment and required inputs are received. Unless otherwise agreed, milestones are delivered via secure links or client-approved platforms. Physical shipments are not provided.
- Project kickoff within 3–5 business days of contract execution and deposit.
- Interim previews shared at agreed checkpoints for review and approval.
- Final delivery occurs after receipt of final payment or as specified in the SOW.
10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are generally non‑refundable once work has commenced. However, we aim to be fair and transparent. The following applies unless overridden by a signed contract/SOW:
- Deposits are non‑refundable after project kickoff.
- If the Company cancels a project before delivery of any milestone, you will receive a pro‑rated refund for any unearned fees.
- Client‑requested cancellations must be submitted in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and payable.
- Change requests outside scope may affect cost and schedule; such changes require written approval.
- For digital marketing retainers, cancellations require 30 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
